Myat Thu ("Thu") petitions for review of an Order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") dismissing his appeal of an Immigration Judges ("IJ") denial of his applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). After deciding that Thus testimony was not credible, the IJ denied Thus applications. The BIA found that the IJs adverse credibility determination was reasonable and not clearly erroneous. Because we find that the IJ failed to consider all of the evidence in the record, including particularly the United States Department of State Country Report on Human Rights Practices in Burma, we will grant the petition for review and remand the case to the BIA for further remand for a new hearing.
